Carlsberg Israel – the beginning
About 30 years ago, in the sands south of Ashkelon, the building of the ultra-modern Carlsberg brewery began. I was lucky to be at the beginning of its creation. Every year there are stay less and less people with who we started build our Carlsberg. That is why I decided to publish photos from my personal archive – some fragments of our history.
The photos are not of very high quality – there were no cell phones at that time, and we didn’t take cameras to work too, we didn’t have time for that…
